LCLA Luncheon 2.6.19

Colonel Jonathan Rice, Commander 363d Intelligence Surveillance & Reconnaissance Wing was the February 6th, LCLA luncheon, guest speaker. His topic covered some history of innovation as it pertains to warfighting and his wing’s mission. LCLA President, Bruce Sturk, presented Colonel Rice with and LCLA “challenge coin” and thanked him for his presentation.
