Community Support for Our Military
The Langley Civic Leaders Association partnered with the Hampton Convention & Visitors Bureau to deliver welcome bags to military personnel stationed at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. This community outreach initiative demonstrates the strong bond between local civic organizations and our service members.
Volunteers gathered to assemble and distribute bags filled with snacks, treats, and essential supplies to help welcome new arrivals to the base. The delivery was made to military dormitories where young airmen and soldiers are housed during their initial assignment.
This initiative is part of LCLA's ongoing mission to support the men and women serving at Langley Air Force Base and to strengthen the relationship between the military community and local civilian leadership.
